Tribute to Professor Morita

| Topics

Beginning May 8 (Chilean Time) and for the next several days, we are flying the flags of the ALMA partnership at half mast up at the Operations Support Facility (OSF: 2900 m a.s.l.) in honor of our dear colleague and friend, Koh-Ichiro Morita.

In the coming days, we focus on the wonderful memories we share of Morita-san and his long time commitment to radio astronomy and ALMA project. It is our duty now to see through the successful completion of ALMA as Morita-san was such an important part of its creation and development to this point.
