Announcement of Summer Vacation

The National Astronomical Observatory of Japan will be closed for summer vacation during the following dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

August 13, 2024 (Tuesday) – August 15, 2024 (Thursday)

The Mitaka Campus Visitors’ Area will be open as usual during the vacation. Regarding Visitors’ Areas at other NAOJ campuses, please refer to each campus’s website.

NAOJ’s Chile facilities will be closed from August 12, 2024 (Monday) to August 14, 2024 (Wednesday) instead.(CLT)
