Using the technology and methods created for CLASP, researchers will start developing the new solar observations satellite 'SOLAR-C'.

Hinode observations indicated that the solar photosphere and the corona should be viewed as connected systems to understand solar activities. The next satellite, SOLAR-C, will observe the corona at high resolution to obtain a complete picture of the solar magnetic field activity.
