Three Silhouettes Gazing at the Evening Sky

This photo was taken in the evening at the ALMA Array Operations Site (at an altitude of 5,000 meters in the Atacama Desert in Chile). Looking towards an ALMA antenna which started observing under the darkening sky, I saw silhouettes of two photographers from the European Southern Observatory. For both of them, the real working hours start from now. What aspects of the Universe will they show us?
